Make your agent a UGC doomscroller. The LazyReel MCP (what is breaking out, the hooks, formats, and real videos) plus the companion skills that turn it into multi-clip video prompts and the finished cut. The skills auto-activate through the video workflow, so the agent leverages them without being asked.
Deconstruct a breakout short-form video into a precise, copyable spec. First diagnose why it broke out (the three gates, the false-positive labels, the measured lift), then produce a shot-by-shot timeline (hook frame, on-screen text, props, cuts, audio, the signature device) described richly enough to write generation prompts from it. Use when the user pastes or links a winning video and wants to understand AND replicate its structure, or wants a "FormatSpec" of a pattern. Pairs with the LazyReel MCP (study_videos, breakout_laws, niche_report, study_videos) and hands off to the UGC ad director skills to write the prompts.
Turn a brief or a decoded format into a cut-by-cut timeline for a UGC video of any length, from a short ad to a 60-90 second-plus video: the clip order, the per-cut framing and beat, the cut rhythm, and the energy arc, grounded in the validated breakout laws. The cut count follows the length, not a fixed number. Anti-cinematic by design (per-frame novelty comes from cuts and real capture, never lens flares or speed ramps). Use when the user wants a shot list, a video timeline, to plan a sequence, or to turn a FormatSpec into a structure to prompt from. Feeds the lazyreel-ugc-ad-director and lazyreel-higgsfield-director (which write the model prompts) and the lazyreel-video-editor (which executes the cut). Pairs with the LazyReel MCP (breakout_laws, make_brief, niche_report).
Turn LazyReel's validated breakout insights into Higgsfield video-generation prompts as a multi-clip cut sequence of any length, from a short ad to a 60-90 second-plus video, whose first three seconds are engineered to clear the breakout laws before you spend a credit. The clip count follows the script and target length, and long videos chain clips with Higgsfield's native video-extend for seamless continuity. Each clip gets a positive prompt, a negative (do-not) prompt, and a why-it-works tied to a measured law. Use when the user wants to generate a UGC, short-form, or long-form video with Higgsfield, write a Higgsfield prompt, render an ad from a LazyReel brief, or asks "what should the opening shot be." Pairs with the LazyReel MCP (call breakout_laws, make_brief, study_videos, teardown first), the Higgsfield MCP (generate_image, generate_video, virality_predictor), and hands the clips to the lazyreel-video-editor skill for the cut.
Create hyper-realistic AI UGC video ad prompts (Seedance 2.0) as a multi-clip cut sequence of any length, from a 12-second ad to a 60-90 second-plus video, never one long static shot. The clip count follows the script and the target length, not a fixed number. Give it a script, a product concept, or a LazyReel format/brief and get Pinterest reference links plus copy-paste prompts, each clip with a positive prompt, a negative (do-not) prompt, and a one-line why-it-works tied to a measured breakout law. Use to MAKE a short-form OR long-form video from a proven format. Pairs with the LazyReel MCP (pull niche_report, study_videos, breakout_laws, teardown first) and hands the clips to the lazyreel-video-editor skill for the cut.
Generate multi-shot UGC video ads for DTC brands and creative agencies using Seedance 2.0 via the fal.ai API. Auto-writes UGC dialogue and shot lists from a product image plus an ad angle (unboxing, testimonial, lifestyle demo, problem-solution, before-after, or freeform), fires prompts to Seedance, downloads every clip, and stitches them into one finished vertical ad with ffmpeg. Use whenever the user wants to create a UGC ad, generate UGC video, make a TikTok/Reels/Meta video ad, turn a product photo into video, clone a UGC ad, or make creator-style video content for a DTC brand. Also trigger on phrases like "make me a UGC video ad," "generate a Seedance ad," "UGC from this product," or when the user drops a product image and asks for a video ad.

An AI agent that doomscrolls for you.
Software has spent forty years being built for a human clicking around a screen. That era is ending. The agent is the customer now, and LazyReel is built for it: this is the beginning of agent-first marketing, where you hand the whole ideation phase to a system that scrapes and remembers far more than you ever could.
LazyReel is a free MCP server that already doomscrolled 21B+ views of short-form video (and app ads) so your agent doesn't start from zero. Plug it in and your agent knows what is breaking out in your niche: the hooks, the formats, and the real videos behind them, before it writes a single line. You delegate the whole ideation phase, what is worth making and why; it hands back the decoded research and the brief.
This is the taste layer, the brain. Generation tools like Higgsfield are excellent hands, they will render anything, but they do not tell you what to make. LazyReel decides what is worth making and hands over the exact brief; the gen MCP renders it. Same agent, same chat. You stop shipping slop because what you generate is grounded in what actually broke out.
It is the first layer of an agent-first marketing stack. Decode with evidence, not vibes.
6 tools (plus a status tool). Each one composes the underlying analysis, so a single call returns a full report, not a thin slice.
focus narrows it: format (how winners look), trends (cross-niche formulas), combos (the winning mixes), apps (the app-ad vertical).mode=ideas for concepts, mode=hooks for a ranked hook bank.docs/methodology). Returns the laws, what over-indexes, matched proof, and an honest confound caveat. And get_status, which says plainly what is live and what is not. No marketing in the tool output.
These 6 tools are the research layer. The 6 companion skills in skills/ are the make-it layer (deconstruct, the Seedance and Higgsfield directors, the video editor) that turn this research into the prompts and the finished cut. So the product is 6 tools + 6 skills.
The skills are grounded in real DTC and UGC scripting knowledge, not vibes:
The corpus lives in mcp/data and grows over time. See mcp/data/DATA.md for sources and licenses. The study_videos tool queries it directly.
How the tools point at real videos: the committed reference list is mcp/data/examples.json, 418 real videos with their public links and decoded labels (niche, hook pattern, format, views, views-per-follower). That file is what study_videos reads to hand your agent real videos to study. The raw scrape and the downloaded video files stay out of the repo. Only the public links and the derived analysis are committed.
