feature-orchestrator

Multi-feature autonomous builder with integration coherence. Plans features with a PROJECT_SPEC integration blueprint, generates TODO docs in parallel with shared context, resolves dependencies, then executes each feature through Implementation, Code Review, and Commit workflows.

Includes:

• feature-orchestrator:planner - Planning phases (PROJECT_SPEC, TODOs, dependency resolution, MASTER.md)
• feature-orchestrator:executor - Execution phases (implementation, review, integration checkpoints, commits)

contracted-executor

General-purpose task executor that completes tasks and returns structured results with a predictable OUTPUT block format. Uses tests only when appropriate for the task.

todo-doc-generator

Creates comprehensive, structured TODO documents for development sprints, feature implementations, or project phases. Transforms high-level goals into actionable task lists with success criteria, implementation plans, and definitions of done.

Usage

Plan and build multiple features

/feature-orchestrator:planner auth, payments, dashboard
/feature-orchestrator:executor auth-payments-dashboard

Generate a TODO document

/todo-doc-generator

Then describe what you want to plan.

Execute a task with structured output

The contracted-executor is used automatically by the feature orchestrator, but can also be invoked directly via the Task tool when you need predictable output format.

Local Development

Test plugins locally:

claude --plugin-dir ./plugins/feature-orchestrator
claude --plugin-dir ./plugins/contracted-executor
claude --plugin-dir ./plugins/todo-doc-generator
