The problem

AI coding agents are fast — and that's the trap. Left unsupervised they "vibe-code": a slick demo that looks done, then falls apart the moment real users touch it. No tests, leaked secrets, half-built error states, scope that balloons until you burn out and abandon the project.

Tools like Bolt and Lovable make the demo faster. None of them make it survive production.

What this is

The AI Operating System is the rigor layer that sits on top of your agent. It's a complete operating manual the agent reads and executes — turning a raw idea into a launched product through a disciplined lifecycle:

• Macro-milestones with 🛑 STOP gates — the agent works in bounded steps, proves each one (test output, diff, screenshot) before moving on, and never chains work without your GO.
• The BLOCKER classifier (🔴/🟡/🟢) — the loop-breaker that lets you actually close sprints instead of auditing forever. Only real blockers stop a release.
• Self-auditing — a separate auditor reviews the code against a fixed checklist (security, tests, regressions, accessibility, "does it look AI-generated?") and reports, so quality isn't graded by the same context that wrote it.
• Anti-scope-creep by default — out-of-scope ideas go to a backlog, not into your sprint.
• Senior-engineer UI/UX bar — design tokens, all four states (loading/empty/error/success), WCAG AA, consistent voice — enforced from day one.

You only ever say three things: "GO", "Adjust: X", or "Stop, write a handoff."

How it works
