Initializes and maintains an Obsidian vault inside the project directory that serves as a living knowledge base of the project's structure, features, tools, and dependencies. Works best alongside the obsidian plugin from https://github.com/kepano/obsidian-skills (recommended, not required).

Makes Claude talk like a caveman — short sentences, primitive speech, max 3 sentences for status updates. Activate with 'caveman mode', 'oogabooga', or any request to talk primitive.
