Auto-syncs docs/skills.md entries to a global cross-project skills log. Includes a local web viewer on port 38888 with full-text search.
This skill should be used when the user invokes "/gskills", asks to "search global skills", "search my skills log", "find a skill about X", "what do I know about X", or wants to look up past lessons from across all projects.
Use when the user asks to capture a lesson ("log that", "log this lesson", "save this to skills"), or when wrapping up a work session in which a genuinely reusable, non-obvious engineering lesson emerged, to write ONE Problem/Solution/Takeaway entry into the project's docs/skills.md (the skill-trace sync hook then propagates it to the global cross-project log). Selects the single most transferable lesson, runs a trigger bar, checks source trust, and enforces entry quality. Do not use for routine notes, task summaries, or project-specific facts.
