🎬 About the name

Esquadrão Classe A is the Brazilian title of The A-Team — the 1980s show about a crack squad of specialists you call when you have a problem and no one else can help.

That's the whole idea here: instead of one generalist AI, you get a team of specialists you summon on demand — and an orchestrator that picks the right one for the job. As Hannibal would put it: "I love it when a plan comes together."

🚀 Installation

In Claude Code, register the marketplace:

/plugin marketplace add andersonoliveiraventurini/esquadrao-classe-a

Install everything at once (recommended) — a single bundle plugin with all 13 squads:

/plugin install esquadrao-completo@esquadrao-classe-a

Or install individual squads — pick only the ones you want:

/plugin install copy-squad@esquadrao-classe-a
/plugin install advisory-board@esquadrao-classe-a
/plugin install traffic-masters@esquadrao-classe-a

Choose one approach: install esquadrao-completo (everything) or the individual squads — installing both would load each squad twice.

Tip: to test locally from a clone of the repo, run /plugin marketplace add . at the project root.

Use in opencode and Codex

The squads are also shipped as standard Agent Skills in .agents/skills/ — the directory read natively by both opencode and Codex.

Option A — global (recommended; works in every project, for both tools):

~/.agents/skills/ is read by opencode (global scope) and Codex (user scope), so a single install enables the squads everywhere.

Option B — per project:

python scripts/install_skills.py --dest /path/to/your/project   # -> <project>/.agents/skills/

Or just copy the folders you want from .agents/skills/ into your project's .agents/skills/ (also works under .opencode/skills/ or .claude/skills/).

Invoking:

• opencode — ask naturally (the skill triggers from its description) or reference it.
• Codex — type $<squad> (e.g. $copy-squad), use /skills, or let it match implicitly.

🧭 How to use

After installing, just ask naturally — the squad's skill activates on its own from context — or call the dedicated command:

/copy-squad I need a headline for an English-course ad
/advisory-board should I accept an investor who wants 30% of the company?
/traffic-masters my Meta campaign has a high CPA, what should I investigate?

The orchestrator then:

1. Diagnoses the request (type of work, context, objective).
2. Routes to the right specialist(s).
3. Adopts the persona of the specialist (by reading the agent file) and runs the task.
4. Checks quality before delivering.

The synthesized orchestration layer (each squad's SKILL.md) is written in Brazilian Portuguese to maximize skill-activation accuracy for the author's prompts. The squads understand and respond in any language — feel free to prompt in English.
