This skill should be used when the user asks to "convert to COSTAR", "make this a COSTAR prompt", "rewrite as COSTAR", "improve this prompt", "structure this prompt", mentions "COSTAR framework", or wants to turn a plain description into a well-structured prompt using the COSTAR methodology (Context, Objective, Style, Tone, Audience, Response).

Triggers immediately after `costar-coach` finishes generating a COSTAR-structured prompt. Ask the user whether to execute the prompt now. If yes, use the COSTAR prompt as the actual instruction and carry out the task. If no, leave the prompt for the user to copy and use manually. Always invoke this skill at the end of every `costar-coach` run -- do not skip it.
