Step 1: Install Claude Code

Git for Windows is required. If using a portable Git, set:

Step 2: Deploy the Agents

WSL2 note: The path ~/.claude appears in Windows Explorer as \\wsl.localhost\Ubuntu\home\<USER>\.claude.

Plugin Installation (Alternative)
Nation of Elites is a third-party plugin, so you add its marketplace first, then install from it (two steps):
