Two-stage research workflow for controversial topics. /research builds a knowledge base — argument graph grounded in primary sources, with recursive traceback, strength ratings, and surfaced contradictions. /debate runs an orchestrator-mediated adversarial debate over the KB, where subagents cite by argument ID and may propose KB mutations (downgrade-only, audit-logged). Optional exploratory mode pulls in fringe sources with a generous-then-critical-then-realist read.
