The first command registers the Primev marketplace. The second installs the plugin. You only need to add the marketplace once.

The plugin registers two MCP servers:
primev-fastrpc (stdio, 10 tools) — wraps mev-commit's FAST RPC and x402 facilitator endpoints as native MCP tools. No API keys required.
