Project-agnostic tiered-dispatch orchestrator (T0-T3) for Supabase + Vercel + Next.js + React + Tailwind + Node projects. Zero project-specific assumptions — every rule reads from the consumer project's own CLAUDE.md / gotcha-doc / sibling files. Tiered pipeline: T0 inline, T1 primary alone, T2 primary + mistake-monitor, T3 investigation quartet per sub-domain (primary + Deep Explorer + Deep Validator + mistake-monitor) — all in one message with helpers backgrounded. Streaming N-round re-dispatch (N=3; T2=90s/T3=180s wall per source agent). Cross-cutting gates (type-check / lint / build / browser) run at every tier. Browser verification at T2/T3 dispatches `comprehensive-verify` → `verify-coordinator` which fans out 6 (T2) or 15 (T3) departments via a single shared `dept-verifier` agent. All browser tooling uses `mcp__Claude_in_Chrome__*` only — never Claude_Preview / computer-use / chrome-devtools-mcp / Playwright. Skills: parallel-dispatch, browser-verify, comprehensive-verify, db-setup, db-schema-sync, feature-analysis, fullstack-feature, orphan-cleanup, root-cause-debug, progress-emission. Agents: db-guardian (sole DB writer), mistake-monitor (background watchdog), verify-coordinator (federation conductor), visual-verify-observer (seven-axis pixel scan), perf-auditor (Core Web Vitals), type-build-runner (parallel gate runner), dept-verifier (15 verification departments via shared agent).
