Includes lit-scan (ranked, clustered literature search across Semantic Scholar + arXiv + OpenAlex, with topic-tag metadata and .env support for API keys), lit-digest (single-paper deep-dive with .env support, OpenAlex topics/arxiv IDs from OpenAlex-resolved papers, --openalex-key CLI override), experiment-design (structured experiment-spec generator), pipeline-scaffold (experiment codebase scaffolder for classification/generation/prompt-eval), and result-analyze (paired statistical analysis of multi-seed experiment outputs).
