Usage
/chef:configure
Set up or update your profile — location, dietary restrictions, skill level, preferred stores. Works on first run (creates the file) and for any future changes. Saved to ~/.claude/chef/config.md.

Get 3–5 recipe proposals matched to your context, pick one, receive a full recipe with grouped ingredients + shopping list.
