Helium Release Proposals (HRPs)

The goal of the Helium Release Proposals is to standardize and document the Helium Roadmap as defined in HIP-141 and approved by the Helium Community.

• HRP 2026-03 passed with 98.87% of the vote on March 2nd 2026
• HRP 2026-02 passed with 99.93% of the vote on Feb 16th 2026
• HRP 2026-01 had no changes and was not put to vote.
• HRP 2025-12 passed with 99.31% of the vote on Dec 11th 2025
• HRP 2025-11 passed with 97.63% of the vote on Nov 6th 2025
• HRP 2025-10 passed with 99.80% of the vote on Oct 10th 2025
• HRP 2025-09 passed with 99.80% of the vote on Sep 12th 2025
• HRP 2025-08 passed with 99.43% of the vote on Aug 14th 2025
• HRP 2025-07 passed with 97.96% of the vote on July 15th 2025
• HRP 2025-06 passed with 99.80% of the vote on June 16th 2025
• HRP 2025-05 passed with 99.80% of the vote on May 12th 2025
• HRP 2025-04 passed with 91.46% of the vote on April 3rd 2025
• HRP 2025-03 passed with 98.79% of the vote on March 7th 2025

Work on your changes and then raise PRs against the code.
Open up the latest [release proposal doc](https://github.com/helium/helium-release-proposals/tree/main/releases)
Add a short 1 line description in the Roadmap Features
Expand the Description by filling in the headed sections
Add any associated images or content to /files/20xx-yy eg (2025-09)
Add the links to the PRs at the bottom
Raise a PR on the release proposal doc.
