repo-digest

A Claude Code plugin that generates standardized repository analysis reports.

Usage

/repo-digest [path/to/repo]

If no path is provided, the current working directory is used.

Output Sections

1. Directory Structure - ASCII tree + file statistics
2. Project Purpose - One paragraph summary
3. Core Modules - ASCII dependency diagram + module descriptions
4. Dependency Graph - External and internal dependencies
5. Build Method - Build system, steps, and environment requirements
6. Simulation Method - Simulation/benchmark methods if present
7. Test Method - Test framework and how to run tests

How It Works

The command launches multiple subagents in parallel to investigate different aspects of the repository, then aggregates and deduplicates the results into a standardized report with ASCII diagrams.
