Use the following skills to build the profile:

1. pnge-well-engineering:macrostrat — stratigraphic column, age, lithology, thickness, depositional environment for the target formation
2. pnge-core:usgs-produced-waters — brine geochemistry (Li, Mg, TDS, major ions) from the formation
3. pnge-state-regulatory:wvges-wells — well penetrations and depths in WV (if Appalachian target)
4. pnge-core:pnge-literature — unified literature on the formation's reservoir, geology, and fluid properties. Auto-routes across USGS Publications Warehouse (geological surveys, Professional Papers), DOE OSTI (reservoir and fluid research from national labs), OpenAlex (peer-reviewed), and CrossRef (DOI metadata)
