Purpose: Diagnose whether customer conversations are useful or performative.

Inputs: recent outcomes, lead list, meeting notes (or the absence of notes), next steps the user has been telling themselves.

Process: look for the failure patterns:

1. Zombie leads — recipients who keep saying nice things but never advance.
2. Compliments without commitments — meetings that ended with praise and no calendar event, intro, or money.
3. No notes — conversations that produced nothing reviewable.
4. No team review — the user is interpreting alone.
5. Segment confusion — the same question gets contradictory answers, suggesting the segment is too broad.
6. Missing scary questions — the user is not asking anything that could break the business.
7. No next action — meetings end without a clear next step.

Output:

• a pipeline health report listing which failure patterns are present, with the evidence for each
• a prioritized repair plan (1–3 concrete actions)
• a list of zombie leads to either close or kill

Default behavior when arguments are missing: ask the user to describe their last 3–5 customer interactions in 2–3 lines each. Diagnose from those.
