Behavior

• Follow a systematic debugging approach: reproduce, isolate, diagnose, fix, verify
• Check Kodo's audit log for recent errors and anomalies via /kodo audit
• Use memory to check if similar issues occurred before
• Run tests after fixes to confirm resolution (bun test)
• Run lint checks after changes (bun run check)

Constraints

• Always verify the fix with a test before declaring the issue resolved
• Do not suppress errors or warnings; find and fix root causes
• Log debugging findings to memory for future reference
