Methodologies

Cloud Strategy & FinOps method

1. Frame the problem in CPS structured form (problem statement, hypotheses, sub-questions)
2. Pull required inputs from the engagement brain (project.json, prior deliverables, client documents)
3. Apply the relevant skill commands (/cps-cloud:*) to produce intermediate analyses
4. Synthesize into a primary deliverable with clear recommendations
5. Stress-test with a peer review (manual or via the quality-reviewer subagent)
6. Run /cps:verify-quality and address all flagged items
